Airflow Styles: Our equipment includes a supply duct to
deliver the heated air to the product in a top-down
flow pattern, a bottom-up
pattern, or a top-bottom pattern. The duct spans the full width and length
of the heating chamber, so the product is heated during its entire travel through
the oven. This insures maximum performance and temperature uniformity.
Temperature Ratings and Construction: Our ovens and furnaces
are available with continuous maximum temperature ratings up to 1,400°F.
Our tongue & groove
panel construction is used up to approximately 1,000°F. Above 1,000°F,
we use Wisconsin Oven Corporation’s patented Expandable Surface® design,
a high efficiency construction that reduces operating costs and provides a
reduced outer shell temperature.
Temperature Uniformities: We design each unit to your specific
requirements. Guaranteed temperature uniformities of +/-20°F, +/-15°F,
+/-10°F,
or +/-5°F
are available, and includes certification testing before shipment.
Heat Sources: Our equipment is available in gas fired, electric,
steam and other heat sources.
Options Available: We offer in-line washers, forced air
cool down systems, refrigerated air cool down systems, air blow-off units,
temperature recorders, fume incinerators, and many other optional items.
We offer a wide variety of standard options to satisfy most applications,
including special temperature controllers, chart & paperless temperature
recorders (as well as other data acquisition equipment), process timers,
and 7-day timers.
